Let's go shopping together

During our tour, we will meet at your favorite grocery store in the Albuquerque area. Feel free to bring a few of your favorite recipes that you'd like to adjust to meet your nutritional needs. I will help you gain clarity and confidence in navigating confusing labels, identifying problematic ingredients, and finding suitable substitutes. My hope is to provide you with the tools you need to become a grocery shopping pro.
